• Dr. Youssef Josephson, D.O.
 Dr. Josephson’s journey into pain management began with a personal tragedy – the severe pain experienced by his aunt during her battle with metastatic breast cancer. This profound experience inspired him to dedicate his life to alleviating the suffering of others. He is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – School of Osteopathic Medicine. His advanced training includes a fellowship at Temple University Hospital and further education at Crozer-Keystone Health System and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, North Shore/Long Island Jewish Health System. Dr. Josephson is a recognized early adopter and educator of minimally invasive pain procedures on both local and national levels, constantly evolving with the field to offer cutting-edge care.

• Chelsea Crosby, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC
Chelsea holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She became interested in treating pain and understanding the effect that acute and chronic pain has on a person’s overall wellness through her time as a burn/trauma nurse.

• Teresa Clark, MSN, CRNP
Teresa is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 32 years of experience in diagnosing and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, including cervical, lumbar, neuropathic, and joint pain. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Misericordia University. Prior to earning her nursing practitioner licence, she worked with rehabilitation patients, primarily with traumatic brain injuries and ventilator-dependent patients, to assist them coming off the ventilator. This type of nursing was very rewarding as she helped patients and their families through rehabilitation.

• Jillian Viercinski, NP
Jillian is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Penn State University. She is dedicated to delivering individualized, evidence-based care to patients living with acute and chronic pain, ensuring each patient receives a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs. After spending five years as a registered nurse in a Progressive Care Unit, she gained expensive experience managing complex medical conditions and developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, compassionate care, patient advocacy, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
